How to Return or Exchange an Item
Any item in new (unused) condition can be returned for credit or exchange as long as it is returned within 30 days and has all of the packaging materials that was included with the item.

• Contact us at (304) 592-7992 to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
• Place a copy of your sales receipt in the box to ensure proper credit to your account.
• Write instructions as to whether you want credit or an exchange of items.
• Mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box.

Return Shipping Costs
In the event we make a mistake in sending you the wrong item or an item is defective then the cost of returning and shipping the item will be paid for by KS Work & Rescue.

If you made a mistake in ordering the item then the cost of returning and re-shipping the item will be your responsibility.


We do not accept returns on life safety rope and webbing products.  We do this to provide an assurance to our customers that there is no possibility that these type of items have been outside of the retail supply chain where we would have no control over the products.
